Kemtal Glasgow, a leadership coach and consultant based in Dallas, Texas, is the Founder of Victoryville Group LLC, an executive leadership consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders and teams enhance their communication, leadership, operational, and management skills. As a dynamic speaker known for building exceptional leaders, Kemtal is committed to providing high-level execution and extraordinary customer service experiences. He identifies and implements key performance indicators (KPIs) within teams to craft strategic plans that support precise goal-oriented decision-making. Kemtal's influence extends to raising the bar on employee engagement and customer satisfaction, driving sales through legendary customer service and affinity programs. As a seasoned coach, he has developed multiple training programs, including The Triomphe Situational Leadership Model(™). He has adeptly coached The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) to nonprofit organizations, enabling them to identify and focus on their most critical goals. His early career trajectory began with his education at triOS College, where he earned a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) in 2001, preparing him for various IT-related roles. He subsequently spent over a decade at TJX Canada, quickly ascending through roles such as Field/Operational Trainer and Store Operations Manager. His tenure included overseeing the launch of the first six HomeSense stores in Canada and participating in over 40 new store openings, relocations, and renovations, marking him as a leader adept at managing workflow and conflict resolution. In 2007, Kemtal transitioned to Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions, a Texas-based missionary program offering short-term experiences abroad and in the U.S., where he further honed his mentoring and motivational speaking skills. His leadership excellence was further recognized when he was promoted to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, leading a team of nearly 100 staff and interns to launch new products and enhance operational efficiencies. Kemal also served as an executive pastor at Gateway Church, overseeing nine campuses across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His efforts have extended to supporting pastors and leaders through his role in AFCM International’s Southern Plains Region, where he offers encouragement and guidance. Today, as a motivational speaker and Managing Partner at Victoryville Group, Kemtal Glasgow remains dedicated to coaching the next generation of business and nonprofit leaders. His commitment to leadership development and community support continues to impact many, especially those affected by church or other religious institutions. He is a frequent guest lecturer at leadership seminars, conferences, and retreats nationwide, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience.
